Admission and eligibility criteria for msc mathematics

What is the eligibility criteria for msc mathematics after jam? Is there any cgpa criteria

Hello Satu,

To secure admission to the M.Sc. Mathematics program at IIT Madras through JAM, you must pass the JAM Mathematics (MA) paper and hold a Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics studied for at least two years/four semesters, securing a minimum aggregate of 55% (or 5.5 CGPA) for General/OBC/EWS candidates and 50% (or 5.0 CGPA) for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

If you are currently in the final year of your qualifying degree, you are eligible to apply. Although, you will need to submit proof of passing the degree with the required marks as per the admission timeline. There is no age restriction to appear for the JAM exam.
