It would be best to refer to the official JoSAA website for this year’s cut-offs.
Also, according to the official JEE Advance 2024 website:
All foreign national candidates will be considered in addition to, and not as a part of the 2,50,000 Indian national candidates who qualify for appearing in JEE (Advanced) 2024.
All the seats allotted to the foreign national candidates will be supernumerary with a cap of 10% of total number of seats in every course. These candidates are outside the ambit of reservation of seats under the GEN-EWS, OBC-NCL, SC, ST and PwD categories/sub-categories as specified in the Information Brochure of JEE (Advanced) 2024. There are no separate supernumerary seats or sub-category for females in the foreign national supernumerary seats.
