Can I do masters in different field as that of tech?

Can I do masters in some other field ABROAD???
For example I did Btech in civil engineering in IITM. Can I apply for Masters abroad in CS/AI/ML…???

My brother did EE at an IIT and then CS outside. It’s possible, but your CS credentials have to be good. At the graduate level, in the US, those professors expect a lot.
