If you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Bangalore University, you are eligible to apply for the MS in Entrepreneurship program at IIT Madras, provided you meet the following requirements:

Degree Requirement:
A B.E./B.Tech in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university (such as Bangalore University) is valid for application. -
National-Level Exam:
Applicants must qualify in GATE or another approved national exam (GMAT, GRE, CAT, etc.), depending on the admission category.- For the HTRA (Half-Time Research Assistantship), qualifying in one of these exams is mandatory, unless the applicant is from a Centrally Funded Technical Institute (CFTI) with CGPA ≥ 8.0 (note: this exception does not apply to Bangalore University).
