I have registered and paid for the foundational level courses. On May 17, 2024, I registered for four courses and paid a fee of ₹16,000. However, I have not yet received any confirmation message or email regarding the status of my registration.
Additionally, when I attempt to access the courses, I encounter an error message stating: “You are not subscribed to this course, redirecting you to the dashboard.” Furthermore, I have not received any receipt of payment in the ‘Documents for Download’ section of the dashboard for this registration. I did receive a receipt for the qualifier registration, but not for the course registration.
