Fee portal Issue

Hi sir, I have received the username and passcode through mail but when I am trying to pay fees through online fee portal it showing YOU DONT HAVE ACCOUNT PLEASE CONTACT ADMIN. Can anyone explain me how to pay fees..

You may try clicking the option called “Forgot Passcode? Click here to generate Passcode”. After following the steps there, try if you can login using your new passcode. If you still face any issue, you can click on the button - I have uploaded the image of the same.
