Can BS-MS dual degree physics students opt for an IDDD at IIT-M?

I am interested in the BS-MS dual degree physics but would like to know if students are allowed to pursue IDDDs, since the course itself is a BS-MS. Additionally, how is the workload of the program? Do students have time to pursue other interests?

Hi,

The IDDD program is open to B.Tech. students, but students in the Physics Dual Degree program can take electives from any department.

You can check the Physics Dual Degree curriculum on the IITM website to get an idea of the courses you would have as a student in the program.

Many Physics students participate in sports, co-curricular and cultural activities, and clubs. Depending on how you manage your time and academics, you can make time to pursue your other interests.

Hope that helps!
